Welcome to Jerry Yan Philippines blog!

I'm still trying to think of a better introduction. I've been blogging here since 2006. But I'm a Jerry Yan fan since 2003. So, that means it's been 14 years since the blog existed and as a fan for almost 17 years! During those times, I used Yahoogroups and Multiply to share our experiences, photos, videos and fan interaction. Unfortunately, those two platforms were gone and I was busy at work during that time and I didn't save enough photos on my external hard drive!

Also just to be clear, I am not associated with any Jerry Yan Philippines group in Social Media. Those groups that I supported were posted on my sidebar. I knew them since then so I don't want to add any groups that are not "legit." Please be minded that Jerry Yan never asked for money. We helped to raise funds under his name during his birthday. That only happens once a year! I have friends who I knew since then and we're communicating if something special is going on like new projects. I told them I'm not creating a Facebook page because it doesn't make any sense since Jerry Yan has his own page. Let's support him by following him on his own page!

My apartment in Pasig was affected by Typhoon Ondoy. Flood came inside and my roof was damaged too. I didn't save the props that we used during our gatherings. I had all those gorgeous Jerry Yan photos, decorations, magazines and posters. I am not sure if all those videos I edited and saved on DVDs were still working. I didn't brought them. I asked a friend to keep it in the Philippines. I will try my best to upload those videos but since Youtube terminated my account because of copyright issue (I used songs on MVs and Youtube didn't allowed it), I decided to delete all the MVs I uploaded online since there was an incident that someone used my edited videos without my permission and didn't credited me or my team. So, i prefer not to have any traces of my work online. I know some of my friends had DVD copies, for their own eyes only. I bet they're watching it during their free time if they miss Jerry Yan!

I'm trying to create this blog more personal about my fan experiences, album or song reviews, movie reviews, and sharing some of my precious collections. I will try my best to go back from where I started as a fan. If you have stories to share, feel free to contact me (by commenting below) and I will be happily to give you a space on my blog! Any stories are welcome - throwback memories, fan experiences, why you like Jerry Yan, are you still following him? why? what are your precious collections and where you bought them and anything under the sun about Jerry Yan.

My next blog post will be some of the events I attended. Though, I am not as hard core as others who followed Jerry Yan wherever he went (I'm not rich like them to be honest) - I will share some of my personal experiences and feedback on each event ---- and some revelations too!!!!
