“Lupin III” to get new live-action film adaptation

Taiwan actor Jerry Yan will reportedly play a supporting role in the film, which is scheduled for release in Japan sometime in the middle of next year.

Jerry Yan joins cast of "Lupin III"

14 Nov – Taiwanese actor Jerry Yan has been cast in the live-action adaptation of the popular Japanese manga, "Lupin III".
As reported on Jpop Asia website, the 36-year-old actor will be playing the role of Arsène Lupin III's top rival in his very first Japanese movie.

The heartthrob was the centre of attention at actress Chen Mei Feng’s birthday bash

F4 member Jerry Yan dazzled the crowd at Taiwanese actress Chen Mei Feng’s 57th birthday party, when he pushed the cake trolley into the venue on Monday night. According to Mei Feng, she did not expect the actor to show up as he was supposed to be filming in Beijing.

Jerry, who turned up for the party along with actor Lin You Wei, explained, “Mei Feng-jie (elder sister) treats me really well. I came to celebrate her birthday since I happen to be back in Taiwan.”
